EUHT intelligent manufacturing system is a multi-dimensional, all-round intelligent system with EUHT as the carrier, system integration as the core, data flow as the foundation, and interconnection and interconnection as the support. It is based on EUHT technology, combining next-generation information technology such as Internet of Things and big data with advanced automation technology, sensing technology, control technology, digital manufacturing technology and video surveillance technology. Perceptual layer:including sensor, instrumentation, bar code, radio frequency identification, CNC machine tools, robots and other sensing and execution units.
Network layer:the EUHT network is used as the bearer to build four sub-networks of WLAN, sensing network, Internet of Things and video network to realize efficient transmission and real-time interaction of the sensing layer data; sharing information with the Internet to realize collaborative research and development, supporting production, logistics and distribution, manufacturing services between different companies in the industry chain.
Platform layer:establish a unified EUHT intelligent manufacturing core network platform to realize data integration, storage, management, analysis and system management; at the same time, each sub-network exchanges information through core network to realize information sharing.
Application layer:real-time collection of massive data through the sensing layer and information sharing with each sub-network, converging into a big data platform, building application subsystem such as intelligent production, intelligent security, intelligent environment perception, intelligent energy-saving perception, intelligent warehousing, intelligent logistics, etc.

It also related to product design and technology, integrating real-time, dynamic, visual, precise and intelligent EUHT manufacturing system.
